When its time to move, there are certain paintball tactics you should use to make sure you don't become an easy target.
Remember that the key is movement. However, I would say that it can't be movement for no good reason and it has to be done smartly.
Here are some tips for knowing when and how to go for it. There are also lots in Paintball Heroes:
-Check the situation. Is it time to go for it? Can I stay any longer?
-Know WHERE you are going to move before you do it. This is critical!
-Choose your next move so that it gives you the best cover with the best angles
-Its better to make a number of short runs than one long one. Try to keep under three seconds of running
-If you are under fire, learn the patterns of the people shooting at your bunker. You will probably notice a pattern for how many shots they take. When you learn that and they fire the last shot, go for it
-If your opponent does not know you are there, crawl. If they do know, RUN. If you crawl and they know you are there, you are just a slow moving target
-If running, run as fast as you can and then slide into the bunker baseball style
